Establishing the Relationship

At Otte Consulting & Support, LLC we view our clients as partners.  And we want our clients to view us that same way.  We work very closely, with our clients, to help them achieve the best results and reach their business goals. 

Because we work so closely with clients, it is important to maintain an open, honest and productive relationship.  While it takes time to create this type of relationship, we feel it is important to spend some time up front to determine if we are a good fit for our clients. 

Through a series of conversations we will discuss the details of our respective businesses, our work styles and what type of help you are looking for.

If during our initial conversations, we feel like we are a good fit, we will  move forward in discussing your short- and long-range goals, urgent needs, obstacles you are facing, and how we would see our partnership working. This will include discussions about what areas we would want to focus on in the first 90 days, as well as the longer range goals of our partnership.  At this point we will also discuss fees and the number of retainer hours you will need.

By the end of these discussions, we should be able to determine if we want to enter into a working relationship.  If we do, we will move forward.  If, however, we determine we just aren’t quite the right fit, Otte Consulting & Support, LLC will gladly provide you contact information for any other professionals we feel might be helpful to you.

Partnering for Success

Once we have established a working relationship Otte Consulting & Support, LLC will serve as an ongoing resource for you in managing and growing your business.  

Like you, we are experts on some things, but not everything.  For example, we are great at helping you determine what your unique selling proposition is – but we don’t create beautiful logos that reflect your uniqueness.  We are full of ideas for marketing on a small budget – but we don’t keep the books. 

In order to help you grow your business, we work with you, and with other service providers to get it all done.  If you already have a staff, or other professionals you work with, great!  We will work with them to get everything done as efficiently as possible.  And, if you need help in areas we are not expert at, we can help you find the resources to get things accomplished.  We don’t do it all ourselves, but we help you get it all done.
